General certificate in brewing
The General Certificate in Brewing courses will teach to the syllabus provided by the Institute of Brewing & Distilling equiping attendees with the knowledge to sit the General Certificate in Brewing examination that takes place twice a year. This 5 day course will go wider than the GCB course requires taking students to microbreweries to see the brewing process in action and enabling them to see and interact with brewers working in the microbrewery sector.

The Brew-School Trainee Brewer program will give you the comfort of several recognised brewing and related beer industry qualifications (subject to passing the exams) and at the same time intensive core hands on training in a microbrewery allowing you to work up your own Brew-School Brewers Log and coaching as the route to your first job in the Brewing Industry. On successful completion of the brewing course you will be awarded an International Diploma in Brewing.
