The Brew-School Trainee Brewer program will give you the comfort of several recognised brewing and related beer industry qualifications (subject to passing the exams) and at the same time intensive core hands on training in a microbrewery allowing you to work up your own Brew-School Brewers Log and coaching as the route to your first job in the Brewing Industry. On successful completion of the brewing course you will be awarded an International Diploma in Brewing.

This is a 7 day commercial brewing course incorporating 3 elements: The General Certificate in Brewing Course, an Advanced Brewing Skills Course (recipe development) & then a Commercial Brewday working alongside a brewer in an award winning Microbrewery on the Chatsworth Estate.

Setting Up A Nanobrewery - Brewing With A Braumeister


This is a one day course on how to set up a nanobrewery. Got a garage outhouse and want to look at producing beer commercially on a very small scale brewing kit? The course will be relevant for any brewing equipment but on the day will do focus on using the one pot system of brewing using a Speidels Braumeister. We will also go through a brew on a 20 litre Speidels Braumeister looking at brewing tips and how to scale up.

This three day course includes a full day hands on course learning the essentials of all grain brewing, an evening looking at beer flavours and trends and further day about the practical essentials of setting up your own microbrewery. On the third day you visit an existing microbrewery and gain first hand the experience form the owner on the pitfalls & opportunities of being your 'own brewery boss'! It is ideal for those people who are setting up their own microbrewery now or have ambitions to do it sometime in the future.
