Commercial distilling course
This is a 7 day commercial distilling course which incorporates the 5 day Practical Commercial Distilling Course along with an additional day Advanced Gin Course specialising in Gin Distillng looking at the history of Gin, Gin recipe development and then a Gin tasting masterclass. The final day is devoted to Distilling with a distiller.
Foundations of Distilling Course
The 6 day distilling course will teach to the syllabus of the Foundation in Distilling an internationally recognised qualification from the Institiure of Brewing and Distilling (IBD) allowing you to elect ot go on and sit their exam
Craft Liquers
This is a one day course with Mike Norton from Hogg Norton an award winning craft fruit liquer producer. On this final one day we look at how to produce traditional fruit liquers using fresh fruits and making these drinks using time honoured traditional methods. A great end to a week of distilling and a possible add on to your product range of your new craft spirits business.
