Gin Botanicals - Gin recipe formulation

We examine in depth the range of gin botanicals and how they work together to create the different gin styles.  We undertake a tutored workshop under the supervision of our distilling expert of gin recipe development looking how we can formulate a range of gin recipes using varying botanical ratios to create different gin styles with the aim of producing an award winning small batch gin for sale or home consumption.

Gin Course - Demonstration distillation

We aim to work on our small demonstration copper still and undertake a demonstration distillation to produce a small amount of gin which we go on to show you how you can dilute to strength and then bottle ready for consumption.

Gin Cocktails - An exploration
