We aim to work on our small demonstration copper still and undertake a demonstration distillation to produce a small amount of gin which we go on to show you how you can dilute to strength and then bottle ready for consumption.

Gin Cocktails - An exploration

The day rounds up with an exciting exploration of the history of gin cocktails, who invented them, how they came about focussing on martini, negroni and martinez along with a short tasting session.  We highlight to commercial gin producers how you can increase the value of your craft gin by 50 times by selling your gin as stunning gin cocktails.
